Element D is the markets newest and most flexible GRC based product surpassing its predecessor in every respect. An engineerable GRC with incredible new properties allowing greater unsupported spans dramatically reducing cost. With an endless range of colours finishes and textures, Element D allows you to create virtually any external finish you can dream of. Mounted on our full range of Domus DFS support systems, Element D can be designed to meet any and all internal and external applications.

The process brings together eco pre-cast concrete with Glass Element Reinforcement. This combination creates a substrate that is strong, highly water-resistant and rapid to fabricate. The addition of glass Element bonds the concrete aggregates molecularly, creating a very dense, extraordinarily durable surface. This property allows our moulds to cast surfaces featuring intricate, detailed graphics and textural finishes. Corporate branding, graphics, motifs, artwork – can all be incorporated into this unique surface. Panels can be moulded to form modern futuristic designs – or even replicate traditional historic features, coloured faced with fine aggregates or simply left with a natural white, grey smooth or textured finish.
With a bespoke service supported by a dedicated manufacturing facility, we provide scalable commercial production rates. The London Design office is supported by a 6,000 square feet manufacturing facility in Haysbrook, Telford, enabling a commercial production rate with efficient lead times to meet the most demanding volumetric requirements.
